Toshia Worley, AINS, AIS, API, Personal Lines Account Manager, joined Faulkner, Williams, & Wilson Inc. in January 2013. Toshia began her insurance career almost 20 years ago with a local independent agency specializing in commercial truck insurance. Since then she has obtained her Property and Casualty license as well as her Life and Health Insurance license. Toshia has worked with both local and national companies on personal and commercial insurance policies. Toshia’s broad experience in the insurance industry allows her to meet the various service needs of the agency’s clients.

Toshia is a native Knoxvillian—growing up in Strawberry Plains and attending Carter High School. She has been married to her husband Marty since 1990 and they have one daughter Rachel. They have lived in the Corryton community for the past 25 years.
