Karen Nichols, CISR, AINS, Commercial Lines Account Manager, joined Faulkner, Williams & Wilson Inc. as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in December 2016.  Karen has over 35 years of commercial insurance experience. In the company and independent agency arenas, she helps clients and potential clients understand the insurance process. She holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation, the Associate in General Insurance designation, and attends continuing education classes each year. 

Karen was born in Knoxville, however, did not spend much time in Knoxville growing up.  Her father was in the US Marine Corps for 24 years, therefore she has spent most of her life moving from place to place. Karen graduated from high school at Kailua High School in Kailua, HI, and then went to Business College in Honolulu, HI. After attending college, she moved back to Knoxville to join her family who had settled and retired here. Karen loves spending time with family, friends, attending her Jazzercise class, and going to the beach & mountains.
