I’ve learned that, more than insurance, what I sell is integrity. My clients trust me to be candid, unbiased, and looking out for their interests when I represent different insurers. They expect me to know what’s available in the marketplace, to stay abreast of regulatory changes, understand their needs, and know what I’m talking about. Insurance is a highly personal business, and I strive to give my clients the very best advice, tailored to their unique circumstances. My reputation rides on every policy.

Eric D. Faulkner, CPCU, ARM, CIC, President grew up in Knoxville and started his insurance career after graduating with a Marketing degree from the University of Tennessee in 1992. While still in college, Eric worked in his parents’ accounting practice and gained an appreciation for the importance of providing clients with a high level of service and confidentiality. In 1993, Eric put his education and work experience to use with Sedgwick James, at the time the world’s third-largest insurance broker. At Sedgwick, Eric built his insurance foundation through lengthy educational stints with the Travelers and Aetna Insurance Companies while simultaneously earning his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate Risk Management (ARM) designations. Eric now serves as President of Faulkner, Williams, & Wilson, Inc., however the role he most cherishes is being an active producing agent. He loves working with his clients to not only protect them from potential risk, but to help them grow, e.g., enabling them to land that big job or project.

Eric has been active in community service since finishing college. He has held various offices in Sertoma International, including President and Chairman of the Greater Knoxville Sertoma Club, District Governor of East Tennessee, and in 2005 he was honored with the Southeast Regional Sertoman of the Year Award. Sertoma’s various fundraisers have raised several hundred-thousand dollars during Eric’s tenure.

Eric enjoys and is dedicated to his career, however the most important titles he holds are husband, father, and son. Married in 2003, Sharon and Eric expanded their family with the arrival of Kate and her younger sister Allie. When he’s not working, Eric can be found helping and encouraging his daughters to pursue their passions on the golf course and tennis court. Occasionally, he has also been known to slip in a trip to his Duck Club in Arkansas.
